Surbhi.. is an outstanding personality in the sense of supporting the students and the way of responds is Amazing in case of any query, I felt lucky that I met her and i am under her umbrella, because being a student i asked many queries but she never loses her patience even i asked the same question many times. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

Neetu is well versed on conducting the training. Very patient in answering questions. Possesses good knowledge and in sharing techniques.Counselor is very much accommodating.
