It was a good traning full of infomation and was discussed and explained thoroughly by the trainer. Surbhi is very supportive and helpfull. And Michell is always at your step to assisst you with any issue faced.

The Trainer is Excellent coach, explains well, he has good study materials on PPT and doc format, he has answered all our class questions and shows lot more live examples. Zeba is well experienced and Good in Mentoring students, faster in communication w.r.t proper link, guiding what to do when, without hassle. And the Service Team are very good, guided in all the way till certification.

The trainer had good observation and focus on the point and course material. and I enjoyed the skill of the trainer, I recommend everyone to take the course. Mr. Shashi is very knowledgeable, diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focused on the theoretical concepts, but also cites a real-world examples to remember the significant points of the topic. Ms. Michelle is very patient and professional. Even though it is an online learning, the service team is very responsive and never failed to address the issues/concerns of the participants throughout the entire duration of the course.
