This was really a great opportunity and experience. The course content was very precise and covered everything in details. The course was presented in an enthusiastic way. The content can be related to different type of industry. Leaves you with a real life sample from the facilitator's experience in doing a Black Belt Project, Onset consultation and mentoring helps a lot. My Counsellor is very accommodating and approachable, She has the passion in helping the candidate to be more motivated. Given that, I am looking forward to take my next course!

Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily.
