After completing this course, it made me feel like, even after working in the manufacturing Industry for so many years, I was missing a lot; that gets fulfilled only after this completion.

The program helps me a lot in my work, especially in thinking of ways on how to improve our process. Customer support is very commendable, Rose is very accommodating in all of my queries. Trainer from IMC is very excellent too, he gave us examples from his own experiences. I suggest you could give students more comprehensible handouts/modules of the lessons.

It was an enriching experience with IMC's Lean six sigma black belt course. The training was executed very professionally, it allowed open discussion with practical examples by trainer Rohit Virmani... which made it easier to successfully complete the Lean Six Sigma Black belt at the first attempt. The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!

The trainer was an excellent, patient and commendable trainer, good grip on knowledge, the perfect way of describing the content, the best part was the training methodology. Ms. Kritika was really supportive and when it comes to coordination she was best at it.
