It was really good training. The way trainer make us understand the concept is very appreciable. Nanka is very helpful and solves every query I have for her. I the way she is performing her responsibilities. The work of Soumya and the Service team is also satisfactory.

It was very nice Program and Mr. Vijil is given nice guidance for me to pass this Six sigma yellow Belt exam and whenever i call he will response towards the call good manner for me. Michelle and Frixie was very nice in supporting for sending mail immediately for me.

Passion and enthusiasm in sharing knowledge was exceptional, included real-life scenarios which can be easily related to. Professional, patient and respectful. The program with IMC was excellent. It was well-rounded and was full of information. Online self-learning was very helpful to me since I have a very busy schedule due to this pandemic and completion of my master’s degree. The course provides reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, I have easy and accessible references that I can review for future actual applications. A very big thanks to the instructors, Mr. Shiven and Shashi, for an amazing experience who are competent and well-mannered presentation of the LSSGB course. My Counsellor Rose Ann de Luna is very helpful and approachable person. She quickly replies to all of my queries. I could have not taken the LSSGB without her dedication and passionate approach on persuading me to take the course.

The program was really good, I Mr Pankaj was great with him teaching method as well. But I wish we have some sort of slides even to keep aside to review especially when it comes to the theoretical parts. Ms.Surbhi has been a great support throughout the whole process.
