Mr. Kumar has explained each topic really well. He has explained it in the simplest way possible. He is very patient in answering questions and is not hesitant to discuss things again to ensure that everyone understands every topic. You see, thanking HANISHA is an understatement. From enrollment process to attending class and queries in between she has been all out in assisting me. This is a very good investment for those who wish to learn more and get trained in maximizing resources; preventing and controlling losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counselor, Kritika is a very accommodating counselor.
