The is flexible and it allows me to easily fit the training on my daily schedule and changes in work demand. The trainer is very knowledgeable and provides practical application of the topics discussed. The presentation is very simple and easy to understand. The program is highly recommended. The program is very good and well managed by IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash is experienced a very brilliant trainer who has explained so nicely by using examples to make us understand more to the subject more. The program has been really helpful and very detailed to cover Lean Six Sigma concepts.
