The program is very comprehensive and easy to understand. Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash showed his expertise as he explained the technical terms in simple terms. The program and the training experience were awesome. I’m glad that I had a chance to learn the material at my own pace. The trainers were very cooperative and gave individual attention. Though the terminologies and definition are both important, I loved how Trainer Mr. Shiven showed how every area would be used or applied in real-life work scenarios using sample documents and providing sample problems and situations. Miss Rose has been nothing but responsive and accommodating from the time I joined the institute to present. I could tell that she knows exactly what needs clarification because her answers to my questions were straight to the point.

The overall program was very good and in all the training sessions. The trainer explained each concept with practical examples. One of the good Counsellors I would say, she made a quick response to my queries and was a good human being. The Service Team is good.
