Her professional experience, methodology and teaching standard is the very beneficial to all the new to senior level students and learners she always defines all the modules with comprehensive classifications and she always supports us in all the difficulties and concept clearing. Ms. Surbhi is a very sincere, active and cooperative counsellor. she always supports me to understand what is the IMC certification worth in the international market and what are the mission, vision and goals of the IMC institute. I am very thankful to the whole staff, management and trainers to support me at every step. I always received a prompt response from the Services and facilitation.

The program really helps me in achieving my long time dream of becoming a certified lean six sigma black belt. I thought it was impossible for me to get certified but thanks to IMC the promise to my friend Brant Gerald Ramos was now full-field. Now it was a reality thanks to the trainers who really shares there knowledge and experience . I am very much happy for this learning experience I'm glad I invested this for my future.

Trainer was good. His style is direct to the point and very logical. He will help a lot of LSS aspirants like me. Ms. Shaza is very responsive and easy to deal with. I look forward to dealing with her on the other programs I am interested to take.

The counsellor Ranjeet has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.

Although the course was interesting and informative but believe you mean that the exam was not very easy to clear. But the teaching method of the trainer and the understanding method of the trainee can make the result successful.

The course was a very well-done introduction to Lean and Six Sigma principles. I believe I have been set on my way to pursuing this qualification further. Great job of simplifying a potentially complex concept. Thank you for your responses.
