The program was excellent and very much useful to set the base for to lean approach and the trainer was fantastic ensuring all are very much involved and getting understanding of the subject. Surbhi was exceptional in ensuring we are informed about all the activities on time. The Service Team provided all the necessary login information and support as and when required.

Program was well-rounded and was full of information. Lectures were sequenced and designed properly for us to understand the basic concepts with depth before tackling the complex ones. The course also provided us with reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, we now have easy and accessible references that we can review during actual application. Ms. Ayisha was very patient in answering all the queries and was very interactive during the lessons. Despite having to listen to a recorded session, it was still somehow engaging. I appreciate using case studies for us to better picture out the application of the different concepts provided.

Mr. Shashi explained this course incredibly which enabled us to learn and understand further every detail of Lean Six Sigma. This could be a great opportunity to apply the lessons I've learned here in the field I have chosen I am grateful to Ms. Rose Ann for being responsive consistently It was indeed a great effort and a job well done!

The program is very educational and informative, especially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting works of a company. The knowledge that I acquired will help me more to be confident in making decisions in the current role I have. The program was intense and quite difficult but very well handled and delivered by the trainer Professional and very helpful as always. Much appreciated, her availability and professionalism are outstanding. Little to no interactions. Probably because the counsellor did a great job and there was no need for further support.
