The program is very flexible as it suits the trainee(s) dynamic schedules. Learning at your own pace is key in this development. While IMC provides the tools, learning, it will be up for the trainee(s) how they will be able to grab on this opportunity and use it according to their needs depending on applicability. The trainer, Shashi Prakash, is a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer, sharing the learning based on combination of theory and real life experiences. Very patient and willing to share his knowledge on the subject. Thank you, Shashi! The trainer was very diligent in answering questions throughout the six-sigma master class and was able to discuss every part in Layman's terms. The program was indeed very detailed and informative. I was able to achieve CLSBB thanks to Mr. Sashi. Ms. Rose was very helpful regarding my concerns all throughout the master class. The service team provided us with what we needed throughout the master class.

The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Very good content and understanding too. I will suggest some of my friends also Mr. Gaurav Bhardwaj is really good and I main thing is that I have very hectic office time but this guy makes regular follow up with me and enrolled me.
