It was the best program with an excellent trainer Mr. Shashi. Surbhi was very cooperative and informative with excellent marketing skills that encouraged me to enroll to this program with no doubt. Frixie was always available to support for technical issues and with consistent follow up.

The program(LSSYB) was awesome, even it was a basic & a first step toward bigger one; still learned so much here. The trainer Rohit Virmani did a great job. The session was of 5 hour, still it slided like a fine butter. "Mr Rohit you are the best". Miss Zeba was my counselor & she helped me a lot in every step. Via whatsapp, call or mails. Even on weekend she was there, when I raised my hand for help. A big Thank you to the Service Team too.

Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The counsellor was really helpful and guided me well about the program. The service team was excellent, they've always provided prompt responses whenever asked anything by email. The CLSSBB course is an outstanding course for anyone who wishes to enhance their leadership skills and climb-up in their careers. This course is impressive and interesting that it would not divert your attention from its initiation till the last day of the course. Despite the vastness of the course content, IMC has made it specific for easy learning and enables you to grasp as much as you want, both theoretically and with exercises on software. IMC has prolific trainers and I was amazed by the training method of Mr. Debasish Banarjee. I have taken the recorded classes of his 8 Days sessions and trust me it was as good as live virtual class. IMC staff has been extremely cooperative and supportive throughout the course and keeps you satisfied totally. I thank the entire team of IMC for their support. It is a good experience for me learning Lean six Sigma and trainer was very good at explaining topics and clarifying doubts and really enjoyed a lot. Ruby Ma'am is very nice person and way of talking and responding is very good.
