The course was well designed and touched all aspects of the course. Mr. Debashish Mukherjee conducted the course with real life examples and that was necessary to connect the concepts with the problem. Mr. Gaurav helped me right from the start, from selecting the level of Six Sigma to choosing time slot. A thorough support from him! Have to thank Mr. Suryansh, for replying to me even in late evenings! His help was much required in getting the recordings and in sorting out the timelines in taking up the final assessment!!

A good program and nice training by Mr. Fasi, his honesty and professional commitment were the key to making this training informative and outstanding. The Counsellor and the Service Team are good.

First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

Mr. Shashi Prakash has nice expertise in teaching and making them ease in our minds. He puts all his day to day experience and thoughts to explain the topics. Sessions were very energetic and informative. Ms. Surbhi Tiwari is a very kind and welcoming kind of person. She makes us feel conformable at every stage of the process. She explains the process very clearly for better understanding. IMC service team were very prompt and responsive. Quick service was the upper hand of the IMC service team.
