The program was well organized. The lectures, recordings, and other supplemental materials given by Mr. Shashi guided me in making the study experience easier. Kudos to Mr. Shashi for handling the class with composure. He patiently answer all the questions in the class and never hesitated to share all his knowledge. Rose was responsive and helpful.

The program is designed in such a streamlined structure which makes it easy and relatable for beginners who are new to the six sigma journey. Mr Shashi explained the concepts in relation to real business problems and case studies. I am happy to take this decision with IMC and Mr Shashi for my skill development. Ms Ashmeen Kaur had really helped me all the way whether it's access to recordings and exam support in form of sample papers to check my preparation level. She had a great contribution. Ms Soumya is always available and active for all the support. The program is very straight forward and it tackles all the necessary items flawlessly The E-learning system is easy to follow and read through. The service team provides good support and the turnaround time for answering questions is very short.

The program is really great. After finishing the program, it adds more confidence in me in finishing projects with excellent quality; it helps me improve my ability to confidently discuss rather complex subjects, effectively solve problems and provide useful recommendations. The trainers are great too and very patient in explaining and discussing everything, bit by bit. The counsellors are very gratifying and cultured. With the knowledgeable inputs and advice from them, the entire course of the training is very pronounced and at the same time enjoyable.
