The program was very detailed and well thought through. The concepts we explained very well. It was a great learning experience. Mr. Shashi took the time to clarify all doubts and made the discussion seamless and easy. Thanks to him, I scored 92% in the first go. The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help. The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!
