The course was very comprehensive and the content was detailed with a good mix of theory and practical knowledge. The concepts were explained well by the trainer, and I like that I had the luxury to review Mr. Shashi's recordings in my own time. Very good Counsellor. The training was Excellent and very thorough with real life examples. I was able to learn the concept well. Ms. Archi is explaining and answering all my queries and is also able to explain the road map of the training well. The service team is very prompt and helpful in responding to and assisting with all sorts of queries.

The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support.
