Ms. Akther is a well-experienced trainer who explained all the concepts in detail with appropriate examples. This is a perfectly laid out program with work-related scenarios which were easy to understand. Helpful for career growth and development. It is highly recommended. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)
