The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The trainers are very knowledgeable of the topics and their experiences are reflected on the things that they discuss. I hope that there would be more examples of how these things can be applied in different industries. Schedule was a challenge as well but all in all it was a good experience.
