The session and examples provided by Mr. Shashi were easy to understand. The same examples could be used in our real-world circumstances which made the course very practical and relatable. My Counsellor was very supportive and responsive. The Service Team was responsive to queries and support needed.

To Surbi and Michelle, first of all, thank you for your support in achieving the certification.
