Sessions were very energetic and informative. Ms. Surbhi Tiwari is a very kind and welcoming kind of person. She makes us feel conformable at every stage of the process. She explains the process very clearly for better understanding. IMC service team were very prompt and responsive. Quick service was the upper hand of the IMC service team.

It was a great experience of learning the Six Sigma program with IMC and the trainer Mr. Shahi was an excellent, very knowledgeable person and taught the Lean & Six sigma concepts very well in a simplified way.
