The program was excellent and very much useful to set the base for to lean approach and the trainer was fantastic ensuring all are very much involved and getting understanding of the subject. Surbhi was exceptional in ensuring we are informed about all the activities on time. The Service Team provided all the necessary login information and support as and when required.

Mr. Pankaj was simply amazing! He had a wealth of experience and expertise and was able to convey complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand. He was also very approachable and supportive, which created a comfortable learning environment. I would definitely attend another program with this trainer. I had an amazing experience with my program counsellor Ms. Arfa. She was attentive, understanding, and always willing to listen. Her guidance helped me navigate through a challenging program, and I was able to achieve my goals with her support. The e-learning mode of training is very convenient, and very cost effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. IMC's program is the fastest and easiest way to be certified in Lean six Sigma. The Master Black Belt Program has helped me become more adept in the methodologies of and the tools for lean six sigma; and I am now more confident in doing projects that would surely help my clients in ensuring that they maximize resources; prevent and control losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. I am also now confident in teaching and mentoring people new to the art and science of Lean six Sigma. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counsellor, Kritika who has been my counsellor when I was taking my Black belt course, is a very accommodating and helpful counsellor. Her patience and assistance is praiseworthy.

I liked the system outlined and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. I learned and enjoyed every minute. Thanks to IMC for a wonderful learning experience as well as my mentor Mam Zeba, for always being approachable and helpful.

Mr. Pankaj discussed the entire program clearly and was easy to understand. The real world application of the samples made the discussion more interesting and easier to understand and appreciate no matter the industry you come from. The service team is very approachable and has a sense of urgency. They explained the flow of the program very well.

Mr. Shashi Prakash is very engaging and helpful, and went out of his way to provide extra materials that will be helpful at work. I learned a lot of very very useful tips understanding lean sigma basic level.
