Our trainer was amazing! He makes sure we are able to comprehend and interpret the principles of Lean Six Sigma. He was clear and spot on with our discussions and problem solving exercises. I like how PC is handling his classes. I am actually being pressured to listen and understand his lessons because he is always asking for participation, which is good since it made me focus. I hope we can forward all the lessons before the classroom training. I had a new counsellor and so far he is very quick to respond to my emails which I think is very efficient.

The counselor’s communication skills were excellent, and he was really prompt in clearing all my queries. Thank You team IMC. The counsellor was very professional and helpful.
