Mr. Shashi has been excellent tutor; he cleared all the doubt whichever Doubt arise during the training the session, he has been generous and resourceful. I want to thank Mr. Poi for giving the best support I get, especially his response towards any query in quick and clear. The program is very detailed and though the classes are of 3 hours our trainer Miss Akhter never lets us feel bored. She is great and hoping to get more courses from her. Noor is active and very supportive, and the best part was she shared her WhatsApp details because of which communication got a lot easier rather than communicating via email. It is she who motivated me for the Lean Six Sigma certification. The service Team is good.

The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.

Mr. Pankaj is an excellent trainer and had definitely inspired the class to do their best. He is very accommodating to the class' questions and he is well acquainted with his subject and which makes him a very efficient trainer. Ms. Rose Ann checking back with me regarding my progress. A good collective of the programme for the experienced and really helpful to change of carrier and growth. A cooperative team and I really thank Suryansh Kaushik who has been really responsive in helping us.

Learnt a lot from the program. The faculty was very knowledgeable. He was very understanding and maintained a very decent pace. Communication was very clear. Good course overall. Ms. Ashmeen was always available for support as we normally have a very hectic schedule and was finding it very difficult to balance and work and academics. She was there to guide me whenever I faced any issues. Fortunate to have such a good counsellor to help me in this process of certification. Great efforts by the Service Team.
