The program provided a great experience to the learners. Although the majority of the sessions were done thru LMS and recorded virtual training, yet it was very comprehensive, insightful, and explained thoroughly for easy understanding. Kudos to Ms. Ayisha for a proactive, engaging, and practical session. It allowed me to participate in the training even though it was recorded. I am grateful to Shaza for actively accommodating all my queries and being with me on my yellow belt journey. Indeed, she's an extra miler, ensuring all my queries even it was weekend or late night due to time difference.

The valuable time and effort given during the training session by Mr Shashi Prakash was helping me to deepen my understanding and be conclusive that I will follow the learning until become a certified black belt. This is a program for aspiring individuals who wish to contribute in process improvement for their company, by applying the methodologies and strategies derived from the lean six sigma principles.
