The trainer is very knowledgeable and provides practical application of the topics discussed. The presentation is very simple and easy to understand. The program is highly recommended. The way the course is conducted with the training materials makes it easy to understand and to memorize all the relevant information, and practising with sample files in Minitab is very helpful in learning how/which method to use to analyze data.
