The module for the LSSBB is designed nicely and World-Class Delivery of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training. I liked the trainer's knowledge and lots of opportunities to ask questions with real-life examples. Interest Levels were maintained at a high level throughout every session. All presentations and methods used by IMC are innovative and knowledgeable. I learned a lot of very informative, interactive, and very well conducted. It was an awesome experience overall. I am happy to share that I have been certified by IMC Institute as a Certified Lean Sigma Green Belt. The Program consists of 19 videos conducted by two well-known faculties in this field. Besides, the Mock test and various course materials provided by the Institute were really helpful to complete this course. A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash. Very professional, responsive and caring counsellor, only the best feedback for Ms. Amina Sana.

Mr. Fasi was wonderful. He knew the topics well and lets the students participate in the lectures. He also addresses questions and inquiries for specified business sectors. Ms. Rose is always available for my needs and always accommodating my inquiries. The Service Team is always there to provide the information needed by the class.

Great concise and comprehensive notes/slides were provided. Dr Said has an excellent way of explaining the concepts in simple day-to-day examples. Overall, the course is life-changing and insightful! Amina is helpful and anticipates my needs, constantly asking me if I need assistance and following up. The Service Team is helpful, constantly asking the delegates how we are doing and if we need any assistance. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)
