The training videos were clear, structured, and very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step made it easy to understand. The counselors Shaza, and Vaibhav were always there when i need them. Answered all my questions, made themselves available even on their "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all their help. Consequently, I am honored to pass the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt exam and earned the title LSSMBB, the highest title in the Lean Six Sigma hierarchy. IMC is a high caliber and duly accredited training and certification provider. I had learned a lot of knowledge, business techniques, and skills from their programs.

The classes are really effective. Sofia is really supportive in arranging required study materials and continuous follow up on each stages for any additional support on arranging classes or clearing doubts with the instructor.

Program is concise and very clearly instructed. Good introduction, but there are topics that were not covered or discussed thoroughly. Rose, my Counsellor is very good, her lectures are clear and points are well-demonstrated with understandable examples.
