I attended the Virtual Classroom Training of Mr. Shashi. I really appreciate the flexibility of having the virtual classroom option open. It took me a while to find IMC and really grateful for Ms. Rose De Luna as she answered many of my questions when I decided to invest in my personal learning through this course. The IMC Team has been very responsive in answering my queries. The online platform is also great - In the virtual classroom setup, I have access not only to 1 class but multiple classes, (pre-recorded from start to finish). All materials were also shared up-front which assisted my learning regardless of timezone. As a working professional, this is really flexible :) I could finish this course thanks to the IMC team that reached out and gave me the nudge I needed. I was swamped at work and lost the motivation to keep going, but the way I receive little reminders via email, really put me back on track. The IMC team has been very responsive to my queries. Overall, great experience!

It is one of the best courses you can do to enhance your knowledge. The trainer is very helpful and helps break down everything in a way that you can understand practically and relate to your day to day operations. Nikhil is very helpful and has a very different way of counselling. He gets you in your comfort zone and tries to be as flexible as possible considering that most of the people who take the course are working and time is one of the constraints. He is patient and answers all your queries in a very professional manner. The service team has been on their toes to help us throughout the course and avail all necessary material. Trainer explain technical topics in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. I like his way of organizing things from lecture to excel file notes to google drive storage of materials. He is confident and knows what he's talking bout. Zeba is very helpful. She always checked on me and asked me how I am doing. She provided insightful ideas so I can complete the course and pass the exam. She helped me out through the process from the registration to payment to training proper and post-training. She's definitely one of the reasons why I have a great and fun learning experience at IMC. Kudos to her and to the team!

The program is very educational and informative specially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting work of my company. The trainer, Miss Akther is very knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma classes/topics. She give examples that were very easy to understand for someone like me who is first time learning the importance of Lean Six Sigma.
