The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification course were very helpful to the advancement of my skills and knowledge as I pursue my leadership role on various levels. It provided me with increased theoretical knowledge and understanding of the various tools and techniques in improving processes in a more data-driven and scientific manner. The training pushed me to become more critical of data and on the need to constantly work for improvements.

I was always scared to learn six sigma because of the statical part. But Mr. Shashi made the learning such fun and easy that I was so confident while giving the black belt exam. Archi was very helpful and responsive. The service team are very quick and action oriented.

The program tried its best to become as comprehensive as possible amidst the challenge of doing it virtually due to the constraints of this pandemic. The training was Excellent and very thorough with real life examples. I was able to learn the concept well. Ms. Archi is explaining and answering all my queries and is also able to explain the road map of the training well. The service team is very prompt and helpful in responding to and assisting with all sorts of queries.
