The trainer is perfect, very organized, very skilled in the material, has a charisma and giving practical examples, conveying information with simplicity, clarity information about every and all matters. He answers all questions, the explanation is very professional. My counsellor Mr. Vaibhav is very helpful, and helping all the time till the last minute before the exam via WhatsApp and telephone.

The program is very detailed and updated and I like the time duration of the course especially for us who just do the program part-time. I also like the resources being uploaded online. It is pretty easy to access and is very helpful. I like how the trainers also base their examples or their explanation based on real-world experience. The program and trainer were great. The counselor Ms. Shaza was really helpful in assisting with the exam procedures/schedules which had some technical issues, but she was really helpful in coordinating with the technical team and helping in fixing the issues, so I could complete the exam on time.
