It has been nearly a year since I started conducting Lean Six Sigma training sessions for IMC. It has been a great experience interacting with the IMC team and I must place on record my appreciation for the professionalism displayed by them right from scheduling the sessions, checking on the trainer availability till the completion of the batch. During the course of the training sessions, the IMC team is available for any support that the trainer or the trainee may require. Since all other logistic arrangements relating to conduct of a training batch are completely taken care by the IMC team, the trainer can totally focus on performing the core part, ie. Training. It has been a fruitful and a rewarding experience with IMC and I sincerely hope that this would continue in the days to come as well. Best wishes.

Mr. lislal trained us on all the concepts of PMP which were like an eye opener for me as to how we need to take a project and look into it... The training program was awesome. Although the program is good and informative and also the trainer explained well ensuring we understand the course with the available time. It is better if the schedule is planned with enough time so the trainer doesn't rush in completing the course within the stipulated time frame. Coordination between trainer and arranging the schedules or class is good with efficient communication.

Mr. Shahi is very knowledgeable, and diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focus on the theoretical concepts, but also cited real-world examples to remember the significant points easily. Ms. Vai is very patient and professional. She is very accommodating when it comes to questions and clarifications regarding the program.
