Dr. Said is a very thoughtful trainer who puts a lot of thought into how present the coerce his lessons were engaging and useful, and he was very patient with everyone. The training covered the concepts well but require more in-depth knowledge and sessions for practice and working on some life problems rather than doing just from course material doing them mechanically in Minitab taking sample data and not explaining which data is used for what and why such data is pre-populated.

The topics per session were very well explained by Professor Sashi. All questions asked by the trainees were thoroughly answered. The program was very engaging and informative. It proved extremely relevant to my current designation as an Asst. Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge that I've gained in this program. Ms. Rose is always willing to assist and very proactive. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner.
