It is my pleasure to recommend Mr. Sashi as an excellent trainer. When answering the questions of each student, he is very patient in explaining every detail of the answer, even if it means spending more time on a specific topic. He has a great deal of knowledge and expertise in the field of Lean Six Sigma, which I truly admire. As a professional, I have found Ms. Shurbi to be a very active, hardworking, and supportive individual. She helped ensure that my journey through the program, from enrollment to certification, was hassle-free. An excellent recommendation. IMC's service team performs an excellent job in providing such a valuable and effective service. It demonstrated the team's ability to work together and communicate effectively with one another. Good program overall for learning about six sigma covering from basics to high level. Shashi Sir tried his best to teach the concepts and basics of six sigma and cleared doubts as and when required, we are still connected with him even after completion of the course. Only suggestion to Sir would be to try to introduce practice sessions as well to enhance to the learning experience for the candidates. Always got a prompt response and support from the service team. Keep up the good work.

I'm very much impressed with the overall experience I've had with IMC from the service to the course content. Kudos to you guys! Will have my certification with you guys again most likely for PMP or Agile Scrum in the future 🙂 I've seen amazing feedback about Mr. Shashi all over the IMC page. Now, I can attest to this myself. Everyone may be knowledgeable about a subject, but not everyone is capable of sharing this knowledge to other people. Mr. Shashi knows Six Sigma and the Lean principles from the heart and is able to explain every bit of detail there is to know - theoretically and practically. I can say he's a great mentor to have especially in the professional world based on my experience with him as the trainer for the self-paced LSSBB course. Miss Rose has provided me all-out counselor assistance from the time I was still inquiring pre-enrollment, during, and even post enrollment.
