The training program helped me to understand the Lean and Six Sigma techniques and the program covered all the required areas of the Six Sigma course. The course helped me to understand DMAIC techniques and learned statistical approaches on how to reduce the variations and also learned the lean techniques for Identification and elimination of waste in the process without compromising the quality. Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy.
