LSS project was wonderful and full of learning. Mr. Shashi is an outclass trainer. He encouraged & inspired me throughout the training period. He has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Thank you, Sir Shashi, for helping me in achieving my goals. Ms. Arfa is a very cooperative and polite counsellor. Always ready to support. I have so much communication with her during my training sessions and exams and never found her annoyed. Every time whenever I approached her, she respond in a timely manner and provide the required information without any delay. I am thankful to Ms. Arfa for her cooperative and polite response. I was enrolled on web based training only then they informed me that I can join the virtual class. Grateful for that! I really admire Mr. Shashi's way of teaching. His format (arrangement of topics) of teaching made it easier for me to understand LSSGB, he is very patient also. Actually, watching Mr. Shashi's training is enough for me to pass the exam because he almost covered the necessary topics in the actual. Very good instructor. He has 30 years of experience which is very visible when he talks. His sessions are full of lessons from his experience. He only needs to better concentrate on calculations. The sincereness of the counselors in this institute is the reason I decided to do my courses with them. They are very sincere, helped me, and advised me effectively whenever needed. They have great knowledge which helped me a lot. One fantastic value is that I could find them anytime; day and night. They are welcoming anytime.. Excellent job!

The training covered the concepts well but require more in-depth knowledge and sessions for practice and working on some life problems rather than doing just from course material doing them mechanically in Minitab taking sample data and not explaining which data is used for what and why such data is pre-populated.
