The trainer was very diligent in answering questions throughout the six-sigma master class and was able to discuss every part in Layman's terms. The program was indeed very detailed and informative. I was able to achieve CLSBB thanks to Mr. Sashi. Ms. Rose was very helpful regarding my concerns all throughout the master class. The program is very educational and informative specially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting work of my company. She give examples that were very easy to understand for someone like me who is first time learning the importance of Lean Six Sigma.
