Mr. Debasish Mukerjee is a dedicated teacher with a great presentation style with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real-life examples which all made for a delightful and informative course. Viplav is very Cooperative and always there to help me even at the odd time.

The delivery of the subject matter was exceptional by Mr. Shashi. It gave me a deeper and in-depth understanding about Lean Six Sigma and it’s applicability in our profession. All sessions were very much interactive and wrathful. Ms. Surbhi has been phenomenal from the very first interaction, always attentive, supportive, never judgmental and helped me with coping strategies to get me through Lean Six Sigma Training. Program was well-rounded and was full of information. Lectures were sequenced and designed properly for us to understand the basic concepts with depth before tackling the complex ones. The course also provided us with reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, we now have easy and accessible references that we can review during actual application. Ms. Ayisha was very patient in answering all the queries and was very interactive during the lessons. Despite having to listen to a recorded session, it was still somehow engaging. I appreciate using case studies for us to better picture out the application of the different concepts provided.

It was a good experience with IMC. Surbhi supported me throughout this training and cleared all doubts very patiently I really appreciate the way she works. She is a fabulous lady. Michelle and the team are good and helpful.
