Ms. Surbhi is friendly and accommodating. She's able to provide answers to all my queries regarding the course. Her customer service skills are excellent and she's very helpful. I think she's a great asset to your company. Service team has been the best, especially in organizing everything about the course and all its technical aspects. Mr. Pankaj is superb! He definitely knows what he's teaching and he shares actual cases to emphasize a particular topic. He made difficult concepts easier to understand.

Mr. Shahi is very knowledgeable, and diligent, and has a unique style of teaching that allows you to understand the lessons very well. He didn't just focus on the theoretical concepts, but also cited real-world examples to remember the significant points easily. Ms. Vai is very patient and professional. She is very accommodating when it comes to questions and clarifications regarding the program.

I love Mr. Shashi Parkash. Ms. Zeba Fatima was my Counsellor during LSSGB Course. Although I had been bothering her persistently for seeking advice, yet she listened to me carefully and provided me the necessary guidance, which helped me in knowing the process of login to the system, accessing to the study material and examination guide. I am very satisfied with the program and trainer. Miss Akhter taught us very well and with clarity of mind. All questions and queries were answered by her in detail. Miss Farheen Lodhi was a very empathetic and good counsellor. She helped me and guided me very well about the course and later carried on the course. I had some problems in payments that she resolved that's why I was able to carry on the course. I was not in contact with the service team directly but surely they were on the back end who resolved all problems and helped me get it done. I am surely very much satisfied with the service team.
