The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)

I really appreciate the time and effort to give us some examples and insights on how we can improve ourselves when we are now in the Industry using LSS. 8 years ago I thought it would be a dream to take six sigma because this training is so expensive and I do not have the ability to pay such a large amount.
