The topics per session were very well explained by Professor Sashi. All questions asked by the trainees were thoroughly answered. The program was very engaging and informative. It proved extremely relevant to my current designation as an Asst. Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge that I've gained in this program. Ms. Rose is always willing to assist and very proactive. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. The Service team provides all the necessary information for the trainees. They responded to the trainees' needs in a timely manner.

The programme was excellent and Mr. Pankaj Chauhan processes good knowledge of six sigma and is good at explaining all subject matter in a good and precise manner and had given good examples to clear the queries during the session. Ms. Vanshika is excellent to explain the contents of the course and is very helpful at any stage till the completion of the exam.

The training program is well arranged and properly scheduled. All classes are being conducted as per schedule. Special thanks to Mr. Shashi Prakash sir who has given everything to us in classroom training as well as in telephonic mode. He cleared all my doubts and queries when I approached to him virtually. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. It is definitely a very fruitful journey - one that is beyond what I expected before I took this course with IMC. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer.
