This training just happened to come at the right time for me in my career. Thanks, IMC & Ms. Akther, Ms. Ashmeen was very welcoming and understanding and did a good job of creating that safe space for me. I feel so affirmed while also being challenged. I love my counselor's interpersonal style and her focus on strategizing practical ways to address and approach mental ruts and hardships in the future. The program is very educational and informative, especially for me as a Finance personnel who handles the planning and budgeting works of a company. The knowledge that I acquired will help me more to be confident in making decisions in the current role I have.
