The program management and training team are very professional. Well professional educational counsellor I recently completed Lean Six Sigma Belts, and I had an excellent experience. The online program was informative, well-structured, and easy to follow. The instructors were knowledgeable and engaging, and I felt that I was able to take away a great deal of knowledge from the coursework. The resources provided were also very helpful in helping to understand the concepts and apply them in the workplace. Overall, Lean Six Sigma has given me a strong foundation in process improvement, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their business processes.

Online session was convenient and easy to learn through. Lucky to have Zeba Fatima as my counsellor, Very great attitude and have briefed me regarding the course much in detailed. The topics per session were very well explained by Professor Sashi. All questions asked by the trainees were thoroughly answered. The program was very engaging and informative. It proved extremely relevant to my current designation as an Asst. Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge that I've gained in this program. Ms. Rose is always willing to assist and very proactive. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. The Service team provides all the necessary information for the trainees. They responded to the trainees' needs in a timely manner.

Mr. Shashi Prakash is a great trainer for the LSSBB class organized by the IMC institute. He is absolutely knowledgeable and has great experience in the field. The program is informative and insightful. I can proudly say that I can use it today and in the future. The trainer was very hands-on. He’s very interactive with the class and make sure everyone was participating. The counsellor is nice. Everyone is nice. The service team was very responsive and had the best team from start to finish. They have assisted every step of the way. Kudos to IMC in building such a hands-on organization. Definitely felt like a VIP customer.

The program was excellent and very much useful to set the base for to lean approach and the trainer was fantastic ensuring all are very much involved and getting understanding of the subject.
