It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. His practical approach during the sessions gave a great learning experience. Ms. Zeba is very polite and responsive, I would like to thank her for all the support provided until the end. Ms. Soumya is always available to solve any kind of my queries and she is very co-operative. She is always willing to help out anytime. A very responsive and supportive Service Team.

The program is very comprehensive and easy to understand. Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash showed his expertise as he explained the technical terms in simple terms. Very insightful and interactive. Presentations were interesting, good slides and videos that kept us all engaged. A real eye-opener for us all! Thank you IMC. The counsellor has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset it I haven’t been able to put things into practice. All the other staff I have encountered have been kind, discreet and sensitive. I found the appointments lady very helpful and reassuring when I first made contact. The staff are lovely and compassionate and the service is wonderful. I am so happy that I found out about it, I feel it has really changed me.

Outstanding program, with a nice curriculum definition and its awesome execution. Elaboration and detail of the topics in a great way to create the best understanding of the audience. Overall Awesome experience! Counsellor connectivity and response were found excellent and prompt. She resolved all the matters quickly, overall deliverance was found excellent. Excellent experience of all Service Team specifically the Counsellor and in teaching the trainers too.

I found Mr. Pankaj, the program trainer to be extremely knowledgeable and engaging. His ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner was impressive. The training sessions were well-structured and highly informative, which made it easy for me to learn and retain the information. Ms. Arfa was really helpful during this journey. whenever i had a query or was facing issues she was supportive and helpful. The system outlook was pleasant and easy to use.
