The program was superb and everything is properly defined and provided by the institute. Mr. Shashi is the master and he knows how to deliver the thing fluently. It was very nice Program and Mr. Vijil is given nice guidance for me to pass this Six sigma yellow Belt exam and whenever i call he will response towards the call good manner for me. Michelle and Frixie was very nice in supporting for sending mail immediately for me.

The course subject is completely impressive, very detailed, understandable and explained clearly because the Trainor was incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. Overall I enjoyed it and I liked that everything was straight forward and the flexibility of this course, it worked well with busy scheduling, and the expectations were clear and upfront.I intend on taking more courses at IMC in the near future. The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.
