My journey through six sigma from white to green belt provided me with the knowledge and the technical skills needed to excel drastically in my career from mid-level management to top-level management. Acquiring my black belt sealed my position to be part of the executive team and moving forward, by acquiring my Master Black Belt with IMC, I am more confident than ever to spearhead value creation and profit maximization for all the organizations I am connected with, advocating and championing innovation and continuous improvement. The content was comprehensive and informative, covering all the necessary topics in detail. The assignments were challenging but manageable. The trainer was engaging and enthusiastic, keeping us motivated and focused. The Counsellor was very attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my situation. He provided me with excellent guidance and practical advice about the course.
