Trainer Shashi were able to deliver the program very smoothly. He is very knowledgeable and his discussion are easy to follow. Despite the hectic schedule, I was able to follow-up through the recorded sessions which is very helpful. I am very thankful to IMC for this wonderful opportunity that they have given me. The program is easy to understand and very useful in real life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma.
