First of all, I am thankful to Allah almighty who enabled me to pass this tough examination. In fact, the credit for passing this examination with 98% marks goes to the IMC who has developed excellent study material with toolkits. The material is self explanatory which has helped me in understanding complex problems pertaining to all aspects and phases of six sigma. Primarily, my understanding is based on the knowledge which I gained from Mr. Shahshi Parkash during LSSGB and LSSBB training sessions. His command on the subject with explanations from everyday life has guided me to understand the philosophy and practicability of the Lean Six Sigma approach. Thank you, IMC, for arranging such a competent trainer. It would be an injustice if I don’t admire Miss Zeba Fatima who was my counsellor during the completion of the LSSMBB course. She is a great help for the knowledge seekers. I know her when I started my journey of sig sigma certification by enrolling in LSSGB course on her motivation. She is a thorough professional and an asset to the IMC. this is evident from an example, that she convinced me to enrol for LSSGB course, then in LSSBB course and later on to the Master Black belt and TQM training courses. She knows the art of convincing quality professionals to improve their expertise by enrolling in quality-related certifications. She is a good guide, cooperative and supporting professional. I have found her better than the counsellors from the other competitive organization due to her loyalty and commitment to the IMC. I wish her the best of luck.

Nice experience with and IMC. All instructors are very supportive. The way of teaching and clearing our doubts are appreciable. Under their guidance we learnt a lot of things theoretically and practically. I want to say thank you to all the instructors for their support and guidance. Ms. Soumya is such a amazing person. The program is very comprehensive and structured. The Trainer is very good at clarifying our questions to all of us and he has been so kind and patient to his students, aside from being an expert, he has been humbly and patiently answering all our questions. Only the good things to our trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash :) Counselors are the best as well. They have been very accommodating and patient and will really help you achieve your goals despite your busy work schedule.

The program was very well organized and planned. Trainer (Mr. Shashi) is very knowledgeable and patient enough to clarify any doubts. Farhan was very encouraging and supportive. He was always available for answering any questions at any point in time (even on off days). I am really glad to have got in touch with him as he is one of the main reason for me to feel motivated in competing LSSBB.

I would wholeheartedly thank Ms Vaibhavi for giving her full support during the process of the course she was very prompt and very quick to act when needed.
