The program is designed in such a streamlined structure which makes it easy and relatable for beginners who are new to the six sigma journey. Mr Shashi explained the concepts in relation to real business problems and case studies. I am happy to take this decision with IMC and Mr Shashi for my skill development. Ms Ashmeen Kaur had really helped me all the way whether it's access to recordings and exam support in form of sample papers to check my preparation level. She had a great contribution. Ms Soumya is always available and active for all the support. It is one of the best courses you can do to enhance your knowledge. The trainer is very helpful and helps break down everything in a way that you can understand practically and relate to your day to day operations. Nikhil is very helpful and has a very different way of counselling. He gets you in your comfort zone and tries to be as flexible as possible considering that most of the people who take the course are working and time is one of the constraints. He is patient and answers all your queries in a very professional manner. The service team has been on their toes to help us throughout the course and avail all necessary material.
