I have the honour to complete the ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor Course from IMC and I would like to say that it was one of the best E-learning Experiences of my Professional career. I like the flexibility of the training program, it fits me well; and the uniqueness in teaching approach in each class makes IMC stand out of the competition. I attended two batches and I highly recommend that students to do the same. My first class was with sir Sashi, and I so love his passion for statistics and his whiteboard approach in teaching, very effective! My second class was with sir Debashish and his practical approach and classic training style complement the skills I gained from my first class. These two Masters are a perfect combo! To Rose Ann de Luna, she’s a pro! She addresses my concerns promptly and professionally. I know I am kinda annoying and demanding sometimes but Rose did manage my needs well. I also would like to commend Michelle, she assisted in all of my classes, very patient and dedicated. Kudos to both of you, Rose and Michelle! Cheers!

The program is so much professional and interesting that I recommend it to every individual in nurturing their knowledge and building their success. The Trainer is very well-versed in the course and delivers the topics in the simplest manner by giving examples and illustrations. The Counsellor - Zeba is always there "anytime" and grants the requests in swift time. Supportive and pleasant to coordinate with. Congratulations to the whole Service Team for a job well done! I really want to appreciate and thank Pankaj sir and Shashi sir for being such wonderful teachers…. The way they were interacting with the students, the way of teaching, making the learning so interesting and explaining everything was excellent. Ms. Ruby my Counsellor has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful. Mr. Suryansh. He is just amazing.

The trainer made the course extremely beneficial and valuable by sharing his personal experiences and knowledge with the class. The Counselor was very accommodating and responds promptly to my requests. The Service Team did a good job as well.

IMC has conducted the complete training program online and on-site very efficiently letting students grasp the full depth of the subject. Mr. Shashi teaches very patiently and makes sure every student understands the concept.
